来自墨西哥城的Handshake Speakeasy获得第二名和The Best Bar in Mexico称号，获得第三名的Licorería Limantour酒吧也位于这座墨西哥首都城市。

现场颁奖典礼于2022年6月7日在纽约Capitale举行，宣布了由Perrier赞助的首届North America's 50 Best Bars榜单。这一新的年度排名包括来自北美的酒吧，纽约的Attaboy酒吧排名第一，获得The Best Bar in North America称号。
Attaboy由鸡尾酒传奇人物Sam Ross和Michael McIlroy创立，致敬其前身Milk & Honey酒吧。由Haley Traub领导的酒吧团队以无与伦比的定制酒品体验向已故的Sasha Petraske致敬。
